Until a journalist friend of mine asked me about my old posts on this website (specifically Kannada ones) and until I went digging for those, I had not realized that this website has been on the Internet for more than four years now.

It was first a little page on geocities (maybe in 2003? I don't remember now!). It became a blog later on weblogs.us, initially running on Movable Type. Later it was hpnadig.com and with help from an old friend - Carthik, was hosted running with the code I wrote on my own for that ambitious website I had planned.

The themes demo page is back online, now running the latest Wordpress code.

For past two weeks, many emails have landed in my mailbox asking theme updates for Wordpress 2.0, on few of the themes I had made available earlier. Here they are finally, and on time too. Wordpress 2.0 was released just few days back. So, I didn't let you all down, anyway. :)

I recently downloaded and installed Wordpress 2.0 (stable version not released, yet) from wp's subversion repository... and I didn't have regrets about the upgrade. Wordpress has gotten better, with TinyMCE now coming *with it* by default, some nice changes with theme admin page and the "Compose" or "Write Post" page in the Admin panel.

Well, I'm late at this. Nevertheless, following the popular trend among hobbyist wordpress theme makers, I too have setup a demo blog for wordpress themes designed by me.

Now, folks visiting my blog for themes can view the demo of those here itself. Plenty of updates coming up for all the themes I've designed. So, keep checking back.

Added Live Search plugin for Wordpress from Jagath's plugin page. Interestingly, the plugin author is from the sub-continent. :)

This plugin is an AJAX script that enables 'live' search on the wordpress. I'm yet to take a peak into the code of this one, but it was pretty easy to set up and get it running.

So, here's one again... after a long time. This one was a sheer experiment and intentionally kept simple and short.
