DVG (D V Gundappa)

A prominent writer in Kannada and a philospher, DVG was born on March 17, 1887. Today is the birth anniversary.

'Mankuthimmana Kagga' a set of philiosophical muses is a household name in our state of Karnataka. It is a masterpiece and one of the best that he wrote. 'Maralamuniyana Kagga' - a work similar to the Kagga is also quite popular.
